Sales Representative

Job description / Role

A leading medical device company is actively recruiting a sales representative for their Pakistan office.

Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Generate sales and demand for the company's products and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Coordinate and conduct sales meetings and product training.
• Effectively present the product to groups of dental care professionals such as dental clinicians, dealers, dental schools, institutions, and group practices.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with sales and marketing personnel.
• Comply with all corporate governance and regulations.
• Work with the clinical educators regarding KOL meetings and presentations.
• Assist in the training and coaching of new sales staff.
• Maintain and update the CRM.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Only candidates currently based in Pakistan will be considered.
• A degree in dentistry is preferred.
• Must have strong dental sales experience (implants, dental consumables, capital equipment).
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• In-depth knowledge of the Pakistan market.
• Proven success and ability to bring techniques and passion for best practices in this field.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
