Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Key Purpose:

- Accelerate business growth by Developing Sales Capability and skills to a level significantly higher than the competition.
- Develop local Bench Strength in Sales
- Assure high performing sales organization overseeing all components (together with HR and Sales Director) of Mondelez talent management framework

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

Capability Building

- Identify desired level of Functional and Behavioural competence for the Sales Force alongside Head of Sales and HR using competency assessment tools and develop action plans to fill identified competency gaps
- Develop (in cooperation with the regional Sales Capability, local Sales LT and HR) appropriate Sales Training programs and tools, including Sales On-Boarding programs
- Organize and deliver training programs and implement tools at the Mondelez Sales Force and Distributors
- Continuously benchmark sales training practices in Mondelez against competitors and other BU's
- Support a "Train The Trainer" approach in order to multiply the effect of the training programs
- Support the implementation of Sales Career Framework; and development of local Bench Strength
- Support individual development and career plans

Requirements

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

Knowledge including: education, qualifications and training

- University degree in Sales and Marketing
- Proficiency in MS office.

Experience:

- 3-5 years of experience in sales and commercial role.

- Problem solving: Proactive and resourceful in solving problems, offering innovative and practical solutions in dynamic environment.
