Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities

- Drive sales and distribution for the company products through a Team of Distributors, BDE's & DSR's.
- Responsible to deliver Primary & Secondary Sales, Distribution and Display targets as per Company's Objectives.
- Monitor Distributor loop (inventory management as per terms), Distribution of products and on-job training of distributor's staff.
- Ensure Chillers, POS, merchandise and other company resources are effectively utilized in the territory
- Effective coverage of all routes and random checking of retail outlets through Regular Market Visits.
- Ensure Execution of company SOPs/Policies

Requirements

Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

Knowledge including: education, qualifications and training

- Bachelor's or Master degree in any field preferably Management Sciences.
- Candidates having experience of Managing SD Channel are highly encouraged to apply.

- Distribution & Team Management.
- Highly Result Oriented, Self Driven & Consumer Centric Approach.
- Negotiating & Listening skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and any regional language
- Excellent Analytical Skills and expertise of maintaining healthy Business Economics for all Stakeholders.

Experience

- Minimum 3 years with a good record of achieving targets history in a similar assignment within the FMCG or food industry.
- Should have a proven track record of meeting deadlines and targets
