Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:

Role Summary:

The Contract Specialist performs various contract management/administration responsibilities, which may include all functions from end-to-end such as providing contract advice and guidance, preparing, and reviewing of contracts requested by the company's departments to assure that all contracts meet the requirements and standards of Ooredoo Palestine, in coordination with the Company's various departments and external vendors.

The Contract Specialist will also responsible for the management and follow up all current contracts through a tracking sheet/system to make sure that all contracts are up-to-date.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Preparation and review of contracts, with high quality.
- Recommend alternatives and assist in developing contract management procedures to achieve efficiency for managing current and future requirements.
- Ensure that contractual matters are performed in accordance with all applicable procurement regulations and policies. In addition, shall provide advice to individuals involved in the planning, developing, awarding and administering of contracts.
- High quality preparation and review of contracts.
- Management and follow up on all new and on-going contracts.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications:

- Minimum one or two years of experience in contracts preparation and management position.
- Bachelor degree in business field.
- High organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a group and to lead group discussions.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Ability to work with foreign companies and individuals.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong Arabic and English language writing and oral (in person and by telephone) communication skills. proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal communication skills, written skills, and organizational skills are required.

Skills:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
