Employment: Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities:

Role Summary

Regional Supervisors will be responsible for all showrooms in South area.

- Meet and exceed sales targets by presenting customized solutions to our customers.
- Assume responsibility for product knowledge, services and campaigns/promotional offerings, and competitive knowledge.
- Actively participate in training and coaching initiatives.
- Provide sales support by following-up in a timely manner to ensure store maximizes activation opportunities.
- Solidify Ooredoo relationship and take initiative to exceed the customers' expectations.
- Ensure customers conflicts, objections and concerns are resolved.
- Act as a Ooredoo ambassador by professionally representing the organization in accordance with the company values and standards.
- Anticipate, analyze and communicate sales trends to showrooms management.
- Conduct regular showrooms visits as per regional coverage in South Area.
- Ensure all assets, fixtures and live devices are maintained and utilized as per standards.
- Keep the management aware and posted with all market dynamics , provide direct feedback on customer needs and concerns.
- Managing, developing and motivating Showrooms Sales teams as well as overseeing their development and motivation in order to ensure that the group delivers the optimum contribution.
- Ensuring appropriate succession and staff development plans are in place in order to meet the Group's ongoing manpower needs and individuals are pro-actively managed, developed and motivated.
- Ensure achieving the performance objectives according to the showrooms KPIs in serving Ooredoo customers, and Customer Service objectives by increasing the individuals segments sales, VAS sales, first recharge, and decrease churn.

Requirements

Experience & Essential qualifications:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in similar role/position, where the last 3 years are in managing people role.
- Strong knowledge of local market conditions and potential target market/customers.
- Knowledge of mobile products and services.
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Business or similar field
- Valid driving license and a Car is a required.
