Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Providing inputs for the development and monitoring of Sales budgets.
- Participating in the analysis to determine trends and recommend actions to improve processes, systems and performance.
- Responsible for the reporting and analysis of sales data in order to provide insights, commercial reporting and aid planning and forecasting,The focus of the role will be insight and recommendations for improvement rather than simply analysis.
- Managing and coordinate sales and sales channel trackers reporting with analysis to enable the early identification of issues to allow timely corrective actions.
- Sales agents analysis to identify performance variations and work with channel managers to drive performance improvements and reduce churn.
- Working cross functionally with on-boarding and IT teams to identify improvements in data requirements.
- Managing the development and implementation of systems for processes and procedures that will facilitate the achievement of system support and operational objectives
- Providing support to sales staff in regards to automated systems.
- Proactively involved in all major system initiatives and projects in Ooredoo that impact Sales and ensure proper information and knowledge is transferred back to relevant Sales teams.
- Enforcing policies, guidelines and performance expectations.
- Maintaining effective relations with all company divisions.
- Expecting to create and implement formal written documentation; Focus on the benefits afforded by documentation such as accountability, the completeness of a process, consistency, deadline compliance, improved communication and availability of records.
- Ensuring systems are in place for the production of management reports covering Sales activities and staff performance.
- BTL Sales Activities Incentives Calculations.
- Channels & Staff Commission Calculations and automation.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2-3 years' of experience in a related field.
- Experience in IT related environments.
- Financial and analysis background.

Personal Traits & Skills:

- Preferable to be advanced in using Excel, and SAP reporting system.
- Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details.
- Proficient in office automation software, Excellent Computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office Suit.
- Experience in the designing, implementing, and managing performance reports.
- Experience in the designing, implementing, and managing automated systems.
- Excellent numerical and statistical ability.
- Knowledge of applicable software to infer statistical data.
- Proficient in office automation software.
- Practical experience in business processes and improvement.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
- Effective communication and report writing skills (Arabic and English).
