Job description / Role

Responsibilities:
• Leads a team of Property Portfolio professionals to deliver property management services throughout all Fifth Third owned and leased portfolio
• Accountable for the development and management of portfolio operating budgets, including forecasting and variance reporting
• Accountable for the development, execution and management of comprehensive asset management plans that are aligned with market real estate strategies
• Accountable for the planning and implementation of asset preservation projects
• Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with line of business regional leadership, collaborating and partnering to deliver strong support
• Accountable for the delivery of property management services in accordance with defined standards and processes, including the application of policies and programs within assigned portfolio/geography
• Collaborates across EWS to partner on the execution of comprehensive real estate strategies and initiatives, i.e. on-boarding and off-boarding of properties & leases
• Guides, leads and supports the Property Portfolio Managers to effectively perform responsibilities, provide superior service with the utmost professionalism and deliver strong results
• Leads team and partner vendors through disaster preparedness, triage and recovery efforts
• Drives service delivery consistency across portfolio
• Supports and engages in special initiatives
• Continually identifies process improvements, cost savings, cost avoidance and best practices
• Partners with Supplier Diversity to meet Fifth Third objectives to optimize participation

Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Responsible for leading an in internal team of Property Portfolio Managers to set and deliver goals by providing employees timely, candid and constructive performance feedback
• Developing employees to their fullest potential and provide challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth
• Developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure bench strength and succession planning
• Recognizing/rewarding employees for accomplishments

Requirements

Required:
• Strong leadership skills drivers
• Expert property portfolio management for owned and leased across geographically dispersed portfolio consisting of diverse property types, (retail, high-rise, critical facilities, land, etc.)
• Possess exceptional written, verbal and presentation communication skills
• Strong financial skills and ability to model scenarios
• Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple internal and external functions (HR, IT, Finance, partners and external vendors)
• Strong project management skills, well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to establish strong positive relationships and influence peers across all geographies and functions
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, negotiating, problem solving and influencing skills are essential
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to use all Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access Database
