Employment: Full Time

Our client is a leading contractor with operations globally delivering major building projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare and retail sectors. They have highlighted South America as the next region for growth having successfully operated across the Middle East, Asia, Europe and Africa.

They are looking to recruit an experienced commercial manager with a 10 years experience to spear head the new operations in Peru. The role will initially be centered around understanding the market, taxes, local rates, procurement structures etc. identifying potential clients and business followed by tendering & estimation. The commercial manager will have full support of the International Managing Director and senior management in delivering the objective.

Key responsibilities will include;
• Preparation of Bills of Quantities, Tender Documentation and Tender Packages in line with standard systems of measurement
• Coordination and preparation of Contract Documents
• Value Engineering / Value Management
• Project Risk Management

Requirements

• 10 years Quantity Surveying experience
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Experience of business development would be desirable

The client will prepare full visa, accommodation, transportation along with monthly salary.
