Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Key tasks
• In charge of mise en place and production of pastries, desserts - oven-baked, puddings, ices, chocolate and bread.
• Ensure Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) are implemented.
• Assist superiors in running the station efficiently.
• Assist in the performance of duties and responsibilities in the absence of the Asst. Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie.

Essential and optional requirements
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in the same capacity / relevant working experience.
• Preferably Graduate of Hotel Restaurant Management / Culinary.
• Effective communication skills.
• Keen attention to details.
• Knowledgeable in FSMS & HACCP standards.
• Amenable to work in a shifting schedule.
