Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an International Technology Business to assist in recruiting for an experienced HR Manager for their office based in the Philippines.
This role requires someone that can oversee and align HR strategies with the organisations global goals and future needs. Within this role you will be working alongside recruitment agencies and universities to advertise roles, recruit and train new starters. You will also be conducting annual salary surveys and completing personnel records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. In addition, you will be expected to issue performance reports as and when requested by management.
The successful candidate should be degree educated as well as hold a HR qualification. You should have a least 5 years’ of experience within the UAE and the Philippines, ideally with 3 years in a managerial capacity. The ideal candidate could either be based in the Philippines currently or based in the UAE and looking to return to the Philippines. Please note that candidates based in the UAE must have worked in the Philippines in the last 5 years to ensure they are current on labour law.
