Job description / Role
• Leading US Architecture firm are delivering a large scale new build Hotel project in Manila.
• Currently requiring Licenced Architects to act as Project Architects in Manila to assist in the delivery of this largescale project.
• Working to oversee the design intent from US is delivered appropriate to local regulations, overseeing the local architects and coordinating with external services.
• Site visits will be required at time of construction.
Requirements
• Licensed Filipino Architects with over 10 years experience on large-scale projects, with the ability to manage consultants and with excellent local knowledge of regulations.
• Ability to work under fast track project conditions and oversee documentation standards.
• AutoCAD expertise is required to assist in the process.
