High Rise - Senior Construction Director - Based in Manila (The Philippines)
Our client is a publicly-listed Developer in Philippines is looking for a Senior Construction Director with World class resort experience and strong High-rise buildings experience.
Candidates must have at least 15 years of experience and have:
- Detailed knowledge and demonstrable experience to High Rise Construction from Structure through to final finishes &; MEPF Coordination.
- Proven track record on completing projects to high quality standards under tight project schedules.
- Strong management leadership and negotiation skills with ability to secure cooperation and consensus with committed outcomes from the Contractors with avoidance of conflict and claims.
- Have delivered a Project from CRADLE to GRAVE
Requirements
You will have:
- The key responsibility and role of the Senior Construction Director shall be to provide overall construction site leadership for the Owner Team.
- To lead the Owners CM Team through sectional construction directors who in turn are supported by key site construction management personnel.
- To In addition, all Safety Quality and Logistics efforts shall be overseen and directed to both the General Contractor and all Direct Contractors on the site.
- You must have worked for a reputable developer or main contractor delivering HIGH RISE projects.
