We are seeking a Technical Office Manager / Technical Head to lead the technical function of an established international construction company in Manila. The Opportunity

Working closely with international project teams, you will oversee all technical aspects of major high-end projects, including luxury hospitality, commercial buildings, and iconic developments.

The role offers flexible remote working, with occasional travel to the company’s Manila office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Technical Office team for major fit-out and stone packages
• Oversee shop drawings, material approvals, technical submittals, and coordination with consultants
• Support project delivery teams across multiple international locations
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and design intent
• Provide technical solutions, value engineering, and construction methodologies
• Liaise with project managers, procurement, design teams, and senior leadership
• Build and mentor a high-performing technical department in Manila

Experience Required

• Experience working in the Middle East.
• Strong technical background in interior fit out, stone installation and high-end finishes
• Experience on large-scale, iconic, or luxury interior projects
• 10+ years technical leadership experience within fit-out, or specialist interior subcontracting
• Excellent command of technical documentation, drawings, and construction methodologies
• Strong communication skills in English and Filipino / Tagalog, able to coordinate with local and international teams.
