Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Civil Engineer - Project Coordination to join our award-winning team based in Porto, Portugal .

This position is responsible in participating and coordinating the design development and delivery of large and multi-discipline land development infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

- Coordinating, monitoring, and verifying design progress and submittals at all design phases.
- Liaising, in coordination with the Project Manager, with the various project stakeholders, including internal teams, the client, consultants and contractors.
- Participating in establishing and implementing the Project Management Plan and procedures.
- Ensuring project standards and Quality Management procedures are implemented across each of the technical areas involved in the project, including project administration.
- Ensuring terms of the contract are followed and manage scope changes and their effect on delivery of project objectives.
- Organizing, attending, or chairing design meetings and workshops, which will include preparing meeting minutes and following up on identified actions.

Requirements

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include at least 10 years experience in a consultancy environment partnered with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Membership of transportation professional institutions or professional accreditations such as IEng, CEng or PE will be viewed favourably.
