[Doha] PMP Exam Prep [Weekday Evenings] Course - July

Our PMP Training course is meant for the delegates to prepare and pass the globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) exam with our PMI approved training (our R.E.P number is 2355 with PMI).

We provide: • 36 contact hours completion certificate • Practice questions during classes • Strategy to pass the PMP exam in the 1st attempt • Full end-to-end support until the delegates pass the exam • Instructor with over sixteen years of industry experience • Instructor with Master's degrees and extensive training experience

The PMP course is for experienced professionals working on any aspect of the project like planning, execution or implementation, support, reporting, leading or directing cross-functional teams.

Minimum 3 years of experience with a bachelor or higher degree. Otherwise, minimum of 5 years of experience is required.

This course is based on the following two books: • A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, 5th Edition, "PMBOK® Guide" by PMI® • PMP® Exam Prep, 8th Edition updated, "PMPEP" aka " Rita’s book", by Rita Mulcahy

The agenda includes an overview and explanation of the 47 processes that fall into five (5) basic process groups and ten (10) knowledge areas that are typical of most projects, most of the time, as listed below. We encourage interactions and classroom discussions to make the topics better understood and maintain a lively environment.

Process groups: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, Closing.

Knowledge Areas: Project Integration Management, Project Scope Management, Project Time Management, Project Cost Management, Project Quality Management, Project Quality Management, Project Communications Management, Project Risk Management, Project Procurement Management, Project Stakeholders Management.
