Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

One of our esteemed client, a prestigious IT company in Qatar is urgently looking for a position of Account Manager. Kindly find the details below:

Role: To grow the business and manage key strategic accounts. The AM will be responsible for selling the company’s products, solutions and services within a given set of accounts.

Growth Path: AM -> Sr AM -> Area Sales Manager -> RSM -> Branch Manager

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for selling all products, solutions and services of SME
- Responsible for achieving the Gross Margin and Revenue targets
- Help achieve breakthrough into new accounts and help strategize on key opportunities
- Map and maintain relationships at all levels of customer organizations – CIO, IT Heads, Policy Makers, Consultants, Advisors, Partners, Influencers
- Build and manage a healthy Sales Pipe, at least 3x of quarterly target
- Map and maintain close relationship with SME Technology Partners like Citrix, VMWare, Nutanix etc.
- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with internal SME systems like CRM, HR & ERP systems

Compensation:
AED 8500 - 10000 p m maximum + conveyance allowance + medical insurance + AL + AL ticket

Benefits:
Annual tickets, Medical Insurance, 30 days Annual paid leave

Requirements

- Experience in selling IT Solutions is a must
- Should be working in a similar role in other large / medium size organizations
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a selling role to large named accounts
- Experience in working with partners
- Business forecasting ability in identified accounts and, track record of meeting targets
- Fluency in meeting and positioning business value propositions to organization
- Experience in selling Citrix / Vmware preferred
