Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose:
To handle Bank and credit cards reconciliation, AR Analysis, adjustments & posting, bond preparation and Managements and all operational and reporting matters related to Subsidiaries

Major Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly credit cards reconciliation on all business units
- Prepare monthly Bank Statements reconciliations on all business units
- Manage bank files and ensure completeness and follow up of documents
- Prepare bank disclosure on a monthly basis including the restricted cash
- Analysis and adjustments for the : accounts receivable reconciliation, collections posting, revenue accrual, billing efficiency analysis, review bill rates for invoicing, hour-journals posting, invoices & credit notes posting, provision of doubtful debts analysis & proposal and write off proposals
- Control and review invoices and ensuring invoices are recorded properly
- Ensure completeness & filing of AR & revenue related entries.
- Preparation of related letters
- Follow up with internal and external parties in relation to release, extension, amendments and cancellation of bonds
- Prepare Bi-weekly debtors reports
- Prepare Quarterly provision of doubtfull debts and write off proposals
- Prepare AR, revenue and bank disclosures in the reporting package
- Prepare a detailed active log for bonds to be submitted on a monthly basis and on a need basis.
- Handling Payments for subsidiaries
- Recording all related entries including revaluation entries
- Follow up with external and internal parties in all matters including taxes and audits and liquidation
- Proper filing and documentation of all entries and supporting documents
- Prepare reports as required by the Finance Manager.
- Ensure compliance with national and other laws, industry regulations and QPM guidelines.
- Maintain awareness of industry best practices.
- Adapt and adopt leading concepts and best practices into QPM.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Finance or Economics.
- Preferably a holder of CPA/CMA or an equivalent certificate.
- 5-7 years of experience in Management Accounting
- Have relevant experience in Project Management industry
- Good English communication skills (written and oral)
- Preferably bilingual
