Accountant

Job description / Role

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
• To oversee the functioning of accounts payable and receivable, vendor management & collections.
• Monitor day to day banking transactions & sending daily & monthly status.
• Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality & standards are met.
• Ensure accuracy of payroll, accounting information, checks & balances.
• Monitor day to day banking transactions & sending daily & monthly status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferably CA/CPA.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Finance and Accounting functions with at least 4 years of experience in a supervisory position.
• Should possess strong administrative skills i.e. accurate organization with the ability to multi-task.
• Should be able to plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction.
• Knowledge of accounting software mandatory.
