Accountant

Job description / Role

• Responsible for ad-hoc analysis of the financial data under their assigned area of responsibility, and prepare reports as requested
• Provide some insights into the financial performance of the areas of assigned responsibility
• Ensures integrity and accuracy of financial data
• Key customers include Senior Managers, Operations, Real Estate, Marketing, Corporate Office and external customers such as tax and auditors

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge in financial accounting (general ledger, AR, AP, cash management, fixed asset management)
• Reconciling balance sheet accounts including bank reconciliations
• Data entry in GL, AR, AP
• Month end account finalization
• Inventory management
• Management reporting which includes generating various reports using financial data
• Data analysis
• Develop power point presentation
