Job description / Role
• Awareness of company policy and adherence to process procedures applicable to the department/company
• Ensure quality objectives of the department and its proper implementation.
• To document any customer complaints and take actions to ensure that they are effectively closed as per Customer Complaint Handling process.
• Carry out the responsibility of Key Account/s.
• Work closely and collaboratively with the cross functional department to realize the full scale.
• New customer registrations, customer relationships and contract negotiations
• AR Collection.
• Invoicing procedures, data and order handling etc.
• Checks and approves case files for invoicing for all departments.
• Ensures that all completed jobs will be closed / invoiced within the required time-frame.
• Checks generated customer invoices prior to approval of authorized signatories.
• Verifies job related supplier’s invoices.
• Manages customer complaints.
Requirements
• University Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Commerce
• Other certifications obtained: Accounting
• Specialist knowledge: Sales, Customer Service
• Age Range: Any
