Job description / Role
- Serve as the functional lead for Oracle Fusion HCM modules, acting as the primary liaison between HR business units and the technical team. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, design solutions, support system testing, and deliver end-user training to ensure optimal utilization of Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand and document business processes and requirements in alignment with QD governance framework
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for Oracle Fusion HCM modules
- Propose process improvements aligned with system capabilities and best practices
- Act as a superuser of Oracle Fusion HCM, primarily focusing on HR modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Performance and Recruitment
- Work closely with IT and implementation partners to ensure correct system configuration and solution design
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and system validation based on business scenarios
- Create test cases and conduct functional testing of system changes and enhancements
- Assist in regression testing during patches or updates
- Track and document defects, follow up with technical teams for resolution
- Training & Change Management
- Act as a knowledge source for Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities to HR teams
- Support change management initiatives by ensuring stakeholder buy-in and user adoption
- Work with HR and analytics teams to define reporting requirements
- Validate data migration and integration between systems during upgrades or implementations
- Maintain HR data integrity by performing regular audits and troubleshooting discrepancies
- Generate, analyze, and present HR metrics and reports (headcount, turnover, performance, payroll, etc.)
- Manage system audits and generate compliance reports for regulatory requirements
- Implement best practices for data security and confidentiality
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a techno-functional consultant for Oracle Fusion HCM
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, process design, testing, and training.
- Exposure to at least one full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM
- Strong knowledge of HRMS systems, database management, & reporting tools
- Experience in data analytics & visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or other relevant field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
