Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Position Objective
• Responsible for providing administrative support to the leasing team.

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of assigned lease administration functions
• Prepares draft lease contracts as per the directive of management
• Ensures accurate records and monitoring of lease contracts and renewals
• Ensures compliance of company's policies and procedures
• Performs any other duties as assigned by the Line manager


• Minimum 3 years work experience in the same capacity

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent

• Ability to work in a high paced environment and to multitask
• Excellent computer skills
• Possess good English skills (both written and spoken)
• Ability to speak Arabic is an advantage
• A good team player with strong analytical skills
• Able to be trusted with confidential and sensitive company information
