Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Company.

- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
- Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
- Respond to public inquiries
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support
- Type confidential documents
- Taking dictation and minutes
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring their manager is well-prepared for meetings;
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc.;
- Arranging travel and accommodation.
- Upload property listings on company website and others.
- Manage company CRM
- Manage inventory list
- Assign phone call leads
- Assist sales and leasing agents in administrative tasks and calls
- Follow up with clients and retrieve feedback on our services

Provide support to the General Manager

- Assist the GM as requested
- Provide administrative services for the GM

Perform other related duties as required
