Job description / Role

On behalf of our client, a multinational professional services firm, we are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative support executive. This is a superb firm who reward hard working staff exceptionally well and provide a great working environment.

The role will involve extensive administration in terms of supporting the professional team within this firm. You will arrange travel logistics, manage suppliers and vendors, manage email traffic and assist with document preparation. You will also liaise with internal and external clients as well as all usual front of house duties – meeting and greeting visitors and clients, answering telephones, ensuring office supplies and stationery ordering, managing catering requirements for corporate functions and meetings.


The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong communicator with a very friendly demeanor and superb administration skills with the ability to prioritize ever shifting workloads and multi-task as well as having a dynamic, go-getting attitude. Someone well presented who always has a smile on their face and will make all visitors feel welcome and valued. You will have an outstanding professional approach and be a hard worker who values the opportunity to work for a superb organisation
