Adobe AEM Systems Engineer - Qatar Airways - Doha

In this role, you will be part of the team engaged in development and support of applications by undertaking different roles, when it is required by project or Project Manager. In addition, to all the activities that may involve software design, development, testing quality assurance, business analysis and support. You will develop and enhance programs to the specified requirements. You will ensure error-free code with agreed time-scale, using the tools and techniques specified by Project Manager as well as ensure proper documentation of the software for ease of quality assurance, testing, operation and support.

Your key responsibilities include preparing and assisting in preparing of user experience (UX), mock-ups, user interface (UI). You will be responsible for both functional and non-functional testing, either manual or automatic using testing tools.

Requirements

You must hold a Bachelor’s Degree of Honors in Engineering / Computer Science / Mathematics/Science or equivalent. You must have at Total 5+ years of experience in IT E- commerce and in J2EE technologies domain with solid experience in JCR based Enterprise Content management as well as solid experience in Adobe AEM experience. You must have an in depth knowledge and hands-on experience in several of the following products or technologies: HTML/XHTML, JSON, Ext-Js, Java, Spring, XML, SOAP, Flex, , git, svn, Ant, jQuery, CSS Media Queries, Responsive Web Design. The candidate must have good written and verbal English communication skills.

The role also requires excellent experience in developing Adobe AEM based templates, components, workflows, OSGI services and experience in AEM Forms , Multi Site Manager, Blue printing. It also requires very high analysis Skills. Knowledge in installation / configuration of AEM 6.2, Web architectures including portals, application servers, security, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and relational database technologies is a plus.
