Job description / Role
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance task for AFC and Telecom System as per the procedures
- Responds and ensures immediately the availability of the equipment to AFC and Telecom System fault.
- Coordinates with the Shift Leader and Fault Controller on AFC fault status and the actions taken
- Prepare Maintenance Reports such as: maintenance service report, shift report and handover report.
- Maintaining and Organizing all the general tools, special tools, maintenance equipment, consumable materials and other maintenance materials.
- Coordinates with the Warehouse Team for Spares and consumable requirement.
- Practice/observe safety at all times especially when carrying out maintenance equipment/activities.
- Coordinates with the Shift Leader/Engineer/Manager on system that concerns particularly on major faults abnormalities.
Requirements
- Holding Engineering Certificate or Diploma ( industrial Electronics, information technology, Electrical Technology or equivalent)
- Min. 1 year experience in maintenance of Automatic Fare Collection System, Telecoms and other major electrical and control system
- Experience in troubleshooting and fault isolation
- Knowledgeable in MS Office
- Railway experience is an advantage
