Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Prepare a Business Plan for Division.
• Review operational and financial data to determine whether the Aftersales Division is meeting budget goals.
• Monitor financial expenditures to ensure adherence to the budget.
• Ensure that the Aftersales Division achieves budget objectives by continually examining accounts, operating controls, and composite figures.
• Receive and answer customer questions regarding technical and parts problems with their vehicle, warranties, services and repairs in a manner that is easily understood.
• Calm dissatisfied customers, resolves complaints with sensitivity, and involves others when needed.
• Analyze the reasons for dissatisfaction and initiates the necessary procedures to eliminate the problem from recurring with other customers.
• Conduct proactive discussion with customers to identify and prevent potential problems.
• Maintain good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations.
• Monitor workflow in the retail facility and minimizes disruptions by developing the backup abilities of the team to compensate for illnesses, holidays.
• Communicate work priorities to ensure that the most urgent tasks are handled first.
• Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment’s and other materials in the Aftersales Division.
• Ensure that the department is adequately staffed to achieve objectives, and that technicians are aware of procedures for using new equipment.
• Establish safety and security procedures. Ensures that all health and safety legislation and internal procedures are followed.
• Evaluate the impact of work delays, interruptions or changes in plans to develop appropriate courses of action.
• Maintain an up-to-date computer data entry for all vehicles, as well as ensure good maintain of log book history by the customer.
• Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials in the Aftersales Division.
• Ensure the appropriate recruitment of staff. Facilitate their training, development and assessment of their capabilities by using relevant systems for measuring KPIs.

Requirements

To qualify, candidate must at least have 10 years’ experience in automotive industry, 3 years in similar position. Arabic speaking candidates with experience working for the major players in the Automotive Sales Industry will be highly preferred.
