Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working exclusively with a leading distributor of heavy equipment for the construction and industrial sectors. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Aftersales Manager in Qatar.
The aftersales manager will be tasked with overseeing all post sales-services to maintain customer feedback to ensure product/service levels are maintained at a satisfactory level. You will also oversee a small team in the parts/services sector to ensure day-to-day actives are being sustained at company policies set out by the sales director.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English with experience in the GCC region mainly in the automotive, industrial and commercial vehicle sector. Your background should be from sales whether it is spare parts or servicing. You should have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to handle pressure and be able to manage and motivate a small team. You should also be required to execute projects, monitor performance, dealer evaluation, improvement planning and report writing.
