Airport Services Duty Officer

The Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for supervision, direction and monitoring of personnel to ensure our customers are provided with consistent QR service according to the company philosophy - "Taking you more personally". The incumbent will be responsible to ensure staff complies with established rules and regulations, plan/coordinate operational activities, communicating with other station's personnel, departments and vendors as required, responsible to ensure the safety and security of customers, colleagues and company assets at all times, ensure quality service and performance standards are maintained as per company goals and objectives while maintaining station records and other administrative support as required by the Airport Services Manager.

Applications must be graduates with a minimum of 4 years airline or ground handling work experience with a minimum of 2 years being spent in a supervisory position. Excellent personnel development skills including team building, hands on approach to the daily operation and excellent communication requirements of the job.
