Job description / Role
Purpose
Assist in performing compliance monitoring reviews, process redesign and reengineering to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to and corrective/preventive action plans are in place.
Account abilities
• Assist Compliance in conducting compliance reviews and developing recommendations for corrective actions.
• Manage the central repository of all policies and procedures and ensure logging of latest updates.
• Perform research of best practice operational and business processes for development companies.
• Assist BPI in identification, review, and analysis to improve existing business and operations processes to meet set goals and objectives.
• Assist Directorates in process redesign and reengineering in coordination with BPI and Compliance.
• Assist in the implementation of approved process and system improvement initiatives with Directorates.
• Coordinate teams across the Directorates to drive initiatives (e.g., task forces on DoA updates).
• Coordinate corrective/preventive action plans and assist in maintaining the central repository of all policies and procedures of the company.
• Coordinate with Sustainability to identify and pursue Corporate Excellence certifications and Operational Excellence certifications.
• Assist in the development of internal and external surveys to measure different parameters across (including event surveys), in coordination with Communications & PR, Strategic Planning, and Directorates.
• Support BPI during accreditation as needed.
• Perform implementation of approved process and system improvement initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in business management or equivalent from a top tier university.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in Compliance and strong understanding of real estate policies and procedures.
• Understanding of developing policies and procedures.
• Conflict resolution/ management skills. Strong communication skills.
