Application Specialist

CLIENT

Linum Consult’s client is a major organisation in Qatar. They are urgently seeking an Application Specialist to join their team in Doha.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting end users of the company’s proprietary application
• Monitoring all internal business systems, ensuring the smooth operation and timely responses to any and all user-reported issues and requirements
• Supporting the systems development lifecycle, project planning, and resolving any reported issues
• Supporting the development of new systems’ designs
• Conducting technical writing, process and data modelling, whilst applying project management methodologies

Requirements

PROFILE

• 5-8 years’ minimum experience within the IT sector
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or similar subject
• Demonstrable history of process and data modelling, and using project management methodologies
• Experience in SAP-based applications development is desired
• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential
• Previous experience of working in the Middle East would be preferred
