Application Support Specialist

Job description / Role

An experienced and adaptable IT Support & Application Specialist with expertise in application support, system administration, network maintenance, and software development. Skilled in managing a broad range of software and hardware systems, providing technical support to internal and external users, and ensuring smooth IT operations across multiple branch locations.

Proficient in administering complex systems such as Zoho One, Microsoft 365 SharePoint, print management, access control, digital signage, and IP telephony. Responsible for troubleshooting network issues, managing websites and servers, supporting AV equipment, and overseeing IT infrastructure projects. Experienced in budgeting, contractor management, and custom application development using Python, PHP, JavaScript, and database technologies to deliver integration and middleware solutions.
