Job description / Role

• Required Arabic speaking - Service NOW Business Analyst Or Transformation Specialist or Implementation Specialist to perform below tasks
• Analyzes business processes and document functional requirements
• Translates and documents stakeholder requirements and enterprise opportunities into actionable requirements
• Develops use cases, wire-frames, process diagrams and requirements documentation via Agile Development in ServiceNow
• Ensures adherence to Release, Deployment and quality gates for transformational solutions
• Collaborates with stakeholders to design appropriate solutions
• Evaluates requirement changes and provides feedback to ensure alignment to original design objectives
• Advises on options, risk and impacts on business processes and adoption
• Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Creates end-user training materials based on project & release requirements
• Builds positive relationships with stakeholders by providing excellent service/support and consistent communication as appropriate

Requirements

• Performs internal operational tasks such as reporting and knowledge sharing
• Minimum 3 Years' experience in a similar business analyst or transformational role working with ServiceNow
• Knowledge of the broadcasting and digital enterprises preferred.
• Bachelor Degree Qualified
