Job description / Role
Are you an Arabic speaking Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager looking for a new role within the GCC? We have a client who is looking for someone like yourself. Our client is looking for someone with over 5 years Sales Management experience in the GCC and has a proven track record to back up that experience.
Duties include:
• Ensures that department managers and personals understand policies, procedures, and sales systems.
• Participates in the preparation of the company annual forecast by projecting sales, profits, expenses, and operating profits for the new commercial sales department.
• Ensure all new commercial vehicles orders are as per customer request and region’s market needs.
• Conducts sales promotions and advertising as needed in coordination with marketing department.
• Addresses customer complains to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
• Fluent in Arabic
• Hold a title as Sales Manager currently
• Must have at least 3 years commercial vehicle experience
• Must have strong management skills
• Able to manage a team of 8 direct reports
• Must have managed the profit and loss for the sales department.
