Architect

Job description / Role

- To perform as an Architect in office, including design, project development and follow up with local authorities.
- Checking of Architectural shop drawing document.
- As built drawing checking on site and with shop drawing.
- Preparing list during handling over phase.
- To assist the senior architect for all duties related to architectural tasks, and projects relevant tasks
- Performs other duties as assigned by upper line of authority within the scope of his qualification.
- Has experience in Landscape Architecture
- Has experience in Interior designing

Requirements

- Is fluent in oral and written skills
- Proficient Manual Drafting Skills
- Experience in using AutoCAD for presentations, SketchUp , 3D Modeling
- Excellent in Adobe Photoshop
- rendering skills
- Ability to work with several operating systems
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Able to work alone or in a group (as a member and as a leader)
- Enthusiastic; willingness to learn
- BS - Architecture and / or any related
