Job description / Role
Client is a leading architectural consultancy and they are seeking an architect with strong ID and fit-out experience to join the organization and work on some prestigious hospital projects.
Your role will be to Coordinate the work between client representative, specialist medical consultants, the hospital operator and the design consultant on all engineering, ID and fit out activities. The successful candidate will coordinate and follow up on all internal review and feedback on design deliverables to design consultant. It will be your responsibility to draft replies for approval for the various parties involved in the development. You must review contractor generated shop drawings and check for compliance with design drawings. Visit and follow up the approval process whenever required with the government entities.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in design and fit-out coordination work of similar type of building fit-out projects from shell and core. You will preferably have Hospital project experience and interior design and fit-out coordination of high end hotels or hospitals. If you have experience in BIM this will be an added advantage.
