Asset Management System Maintenance Tools & Integration Expert - Qatar

Linum Consult’s client is major consultancy operating in the Middle East. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking an Asset Management Expert to join their team in Qatar.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinating and implementing the asset management system design configuration with the external Implementation Team and integrating all the tools that interface with the asset management system
• Resolving all the configuration and implementation issues and interfaces with external tools
• Liaising with the End Operators, to ensure that all new processes required by the operators are configured into the asset management system in a manner that is compatible with the company’s standards
• Working in conjunction with other Asset Management Experts to ensure consistency of asset and technical processes
• Coordinating all interfaces, configuration and systems design ensuring that all stakeholders are consulted
• Ensuring the user business requirements are adequately covered in the system design
• Performing assessments necessary to plan and design the asset management system
• Performing and completing the necessary designs to implement user requirements
• Conducting tests with the users and end operators
• Managing training requirements for users

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a similar field from an accredited university
• At least 10 years’ experience with a substantial background working in an asset management environment
• Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in enterprise asset management
• Strong technical knowledge of asset management system tools such as SAP, Maximo, Oracle, or Ellipse
• Excellent communication, relationship building, and teamwork skills
