Job description / Role
- Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
- Completing purchase orders.
- Completing bank reconciliations.
- Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts.
- Supporting the finance department, accountant, and management team by completing routine clerical and accounting tasks.
- Maintaining reports, completing basic bookkeeping, and accounting duties for the company.
Requirements

- Excellent Skills With Microsoft Office
- Detail Oriented
- Organized

- Strong Bookkeeping Skills
- Understanding of Budgetary Principles
- Associate's Degree in Accounting or Related Field.
