Job description

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of spa, fitness, and recreation areas to ensure excellence in guest service and facility upkeep.
• Assist in developing and implementing wellness programs, treatment menus, and recreational activities.
• Support budgeting, financial performance, and revenue management strategies.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high service and professional standards.
• Monitor health, safety, and hygiene compliance across all facilities.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and operational reporting.
• Address guest feedback promptly and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to create integrated wellness and leisure experiences.

Qualifications

Qualifications & requirements:

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in spa, fitness, or recreation management within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Knowledge of spa and fitness operations, products, and safety standards.
