Assistant Facilities Manager / Facilities Coordinator - DOHA Qatar - Immediate start
Our client is a leading Multi National Facilities Management company delivering TFM services across the globe to a client base consisting of leading blue chip companies and to a diverse range of property types including: Residential, Retail, Commercial, Residential and Industrial/Manufacturing. They are currently seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager / Facilities Coordinator to be based in Doha Qatar to help manage the service delivery of hard FM to a single site (commercial). The successful candidate should be experienced in managing a range of services including MEP maintenance and should have experience in managing a team of blue collar workers delivering the services. In addition, experience of communication with the client is an essential requirement along with an understanding of Service level agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Salary:

10,000 to 19,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• Experience in facilities management
• Experience delivering Total FM services including: MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) Maintenance
• Knowledge of HVAC systems
• Budget management
• An understanding of SLA and KPI
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Computer literate
