Job Description

Position Overview:

Mövenpick Hotel Doha is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our Front Office department. Reporting directly to the General Manager , you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding guest service, maximizing hotel revenue, and managing key operational functions, including guest arrivals and departures, complaints handling, and room availability. You will work to meet departmental objectives while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional guest service, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and provide a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
- Monitor daily Front Office operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Maximize revenue through proactive management and ensure cost-effective operational procedures.
- Lead and train staff to ensure high performance and consistent service quality.
- Manage administrative tasks, including forecasting room occupancy, maintaining guest history records, and preparing reports.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and business plan for the department.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and resolve operational challenges effectively.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (additional languages a plus).
