About the Business Unit:

The Technology Unit within Ooredoo is the backbone of the organization providing all technology services which enable Ooredoo to deliver its services to its customers across all technology platforms, 24/7/365. In other words, it's responsible for the management of all Ooredoo networks, technology infrastructure/ platforms and processes to achieve fast time-to-market, high operational efficiency, and support product/ service innovation, and ultimately drive the financial performance of Ooredoo. The department is responsible for leading the operations of all elements including networking, storage, servers, virtualization / containerization, cloud computing to ensure its effective operations

About the Role:

This role is responsible to manage the day-to-day operation and team activities within the defined KPIs for client operations

About You:

- 8 years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience with managing DC & Cloud operation in ITOM framework
- Relevant Cloud infrastructure technology evaluation expertise on VMware, Redhat, Azure/Hyper V based hybrid cloud deployment models
- Experience in handling audits and managing implementation of controls for ISO 27k, 20K & BCMS standards
- Experience in leading/managing professional services and support/operation teams
- Good experience in managed services delivery/technical support/project management
- Strong networking/security and systems experience (e.g. design, implementation, consultancy)
- Customer oriented and cost conscious with good business analysis skills
- Ability to develop and maintain a good customer/partner relationship


Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Telecom or Computer & Communications or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
