Job description / Role
-To manage own case load of commercial litigation matters;
-To research, draft and prepare documents as prescribed in order to efficiently progress matters forward;
-To work as part of a regional disputes team and support partners and senior associates where necessary; and
-To take part in and lead business development and marketing activities as and when is necessary.
- A minimum of a 2:1 from a reputable university or equivalent;
- 1 - 3 years' post qualified experience in Commercial Litigation (International Arbitration experience will be well regarded);
- Training gained with a well-regarded law firm;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English; excellent communication skills, a willingness to fully participate in Business Development and overall a 'can do' attitude
