Associate Architect

Job description / Role

An exciting position with a regional growing multi-disciplinary practice with a long established presence and history across the Middle East.

The firm has been designing and delivering projects across the Built Environment particularly within Hospitality/Hotels, Large Residential, Commercial Complexes, Mixed-Use and Entertainment sectors. The company has won several accolades and awards in recognition of their creative and visually stunning designs.

As part of the strategic vision and growth plans ahead of the final few months of the years and into 2026, we have been retained to appoint a Senior level candidate to their team.

You will be able to lead and manage a team of over 40 Architects on projects from Initial Concept through Delivery and help improve the architectural vision of the practice.

You will also need to have experience of working on complex and large projects - If you have worked on smaller scale projects i.e. Residential Villas then you will NOT be considered.

With a strong and established management team, you will have the opportunity to add significant value to the vision and bring new ideas to the table.

Although the position is open to all, you MUST have over 15 years of experience in the Architecture industry and have led teams on projects.

The client would also prefer those who are based in Europe, South East Asia, Australia/New Zealand or United States. This is due to the nature of the clients the firm works with and demands placed.

If you have worked in the Middle East previously and interested in relocating, I will consider you providing you meet the requirements I am looking for.

- Minimum 15 years of experience in Architecture
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Minimum qualification)
- Master's Degree in Architecture will be highly desired
- Registered Architect would be an advantage
- Must have strong design skills from a creative standpoint and have delivered projects to
- Strong demonstrable portfolio that will need to be presented in interview
- Strong Leadership skills

Salary:
USD 9,000 to 11,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
