Philippines Recruitment Event - Bar Attendant (Hub Lounges) - Qatar Airways - Doha

The Bar Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to the Premium Customers in the Hub Lounges at Hamad International Airport in Qatar. You are responsible for taking the beverage orders from the Food and Beverage Attendants or directly from customers, preparing the ordered beverage and collecting the payments.

You will ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving customers. You will prepare and monitor the beverages inventory as well as the purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies.

You will serve snacks or food items to customers seated at the bar and provide guidance to customers on various products offered within the Lounges. You will maintain a clean working area and ensure exceptional standards in hygiene are maintained at all times in all areas of the operation.

Requirements

You have High School Diploma or Trade/ Vocational qualification with minimum 2 years of job related experience. You have completed a professional course in Hospitality or have the necessary bartending trainings. You have knowledge of 5-star bartending service including service of wines, champagnes, cocktails and other beverages.

You are people focused and have the experience in working for a multi-cultural environment. You demonstrate at all times the importance of upholding the highest personal and professional standard and have positive and passionate attitude towards the customers. You are a team player with a positive outlook and a keen eye for details. You have well-developed social skills, able to handle all type of people and situation and have high level of versatility and flexibility to meet the varied needs and expectations of customers.
