Nursery Attendant - Hub Lounges - Qatar Airways - Doha

Looking for a smooth and relaxed passing through the Hamad International Airport Premium Lounges? We are here to take care of you more personally!

We are looking for dynamic and highly motivated female colleague who will provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children, to take care for toddlers within Hamad International Airport, by guiding them and ensuring their safety at all times. You must possess a proactive approach, with pleasant personality, cheerful and has the ability to work well with children of all age groups combined with a nurturing / caring nature.

Moreover, you should be able to show positive and effective attitude to colleagues while acting as an ambassador for Qatar Airways to external and internal parties while motivating /inspiring colleagues to improve performance, to achieve and exceed set objectives. You should be able to prepare and maintain a warm, safe environment that is orderly, clean and appealing. More importantly, you should be able to assist in the response to any emergency or a major operational disruption.

Requirements

To be part of our winning team, you must hold a Trade or Vocational Qualification, preferably with Formal qualifications in CPR and First Aid related education or Diploma certificate in Child Care Management or equivalent.

Fluency in written and spoken English, knowledge of other languages and understanding of basic first aid teaching experience are added advantages.

Childcare experience and ability to able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, especially dealing with parents and children are essential requirements of the role.
