Job description / Role
To promote, plan and organize methods and systems leading to the development of Alternate Profit
Centre’s (APC- Auto care) and maximizing gross profit of the Auto care and related facilities.
Identify alternate revenue sources that can be set-up at retail outlets in order to evaluate their potential profitability to assess plausible options for the client to enhance its revenue streams.
Finalize, under the approval of the Retail Development Head, the autocare facilities that best suit the market requirement and the space constraints at the business centres in order to generate maximum revenue possible for the client.
Coordinate development and regular maintenance of all the required facilities at the retail outlets as per territory plan to achieve accomplishment of the plans.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors in Business Administration
Minimum Experience:
6-8 years in a supervisory role in similar sized organisations

Good knowledge of light motor vehicle maintenance
