AV Technician

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a renowned organisation based in Qatar. Our client is looking to hire an Audio Visual Technician to be based in Qatar.

Reporting to the Head of Audio Visual, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and installing AV equipment. You will conduct tasks in relation to setting up, adjusting and operating audio visual equipment such as cameras, film, projectors and recording equipment for meetings.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a Degree in engineering or multimedia design with proven experience in the same field. Ideally, you should have a minimum of 6 years experience in audio visual/multimedia technology.

It is essential that you are a multimedia expert and have an excellent knowledge of new and advancing technologies. You should have a strong understanding of video production, editing and photography software. You should also be an innovative and creative professional who is capable of working and collaborating in a team effectively.
