AV Technician Installer

Job description / Role

ACCIONA is looking for a AV Technician Installer in order to support the installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electronic communication systems including but not limited to all aspects of audio visual systems, projection, pro audio, video and networks associated with the Audio Visual exhibition systems.

- Responsible for the safe and correct equipment installation, operation, the diagnosis of faults, removal, repair, test, implementation and operation of all aspects of audio visual, display and presentation technologies.
- Installation and servicing of systems in the most efficient and effective manner to ensure minimum down time and maximum performance.
- Responsible for the general tidiness, safety and order of the working environment and Audio Visual spaces whilst maintaining the highest standards.
- Accurately and quickly diagnose and remedy faults and problems. Troubleshoot electronic systems and equipment, and repair down to electronic component level.
- Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics, and drawings and reporting and remedying any discrepancies.
- To ensure work performed to the Company standards and that quality techniques are practiced.
- Other duties as required or assigned by company management.

Requirements

- Must have own basic hand tools for the job.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position within industry.
- Trades/Diploma qualifications as AV technician
- Multi-skilled with an AV background.
- Strong Commitment to quality and compliance
- Facilities maintenance experience.
