Employment: Full Time

Bell Host - Qatar Airways - Doha

The Bell Host is responsible for the meet and greet of the Premium passengers of Qatar Airways. Being the first point of contact of the passenger, you will ensure that their 5-star experience will start with you. You will provide porter assistance to the Premium passengers by assisting them in the manual transportation of the luggage to the check-in counters.

You will treat each of the Premium customers with courtesy and address their needs with promptness and accuracy. You will also provide assistance to Premium passengers with special and unique needs such as baby trolleys and wheelchair to make their journey comfortable.

Requirements

You have High School Diploma or Trade/ Vocational qualification with minimum 2 years of job related experience. Previous experience as Bell Host in a hotel environment would be an added advantage.

You are people focused and have the experience in working for a multi-cultural environment. You demonstrate at all times the importance of upholding the highest personal and professional standard and have positive and passionate attitude towards the customers. You are a team player with a positive outlook and a keen eye for details. You have well-developed social skills, able to handle all type of people and situation and have high level of versatility and flexibility to meet the varied needs and expectations of customers.
